Mr. Swamy Manda comes with around 13+ years of experience in VLSI front end Design and verification. He has led SOC teams successfully in IP and SoC verification including Functional, Netlist and Power Aware based verification of IP’s and SOCs. Swamy is an expert in all aspects of Verification from Planning to Closure. Under his leadership, Radiant Semi has successfully completed several projects in record time. Swamy has often demonstrated how productivity improvement can be achieved in IP/SOC Verifications by defining some of the key methodologies in design integration and verification execution. He has many first pass silicon Verifications to his credit. Swamy has worked at various engineering Clients at HCL Tech, Meggitt, NXP, Qualcomm, ADI and AMD etc,.

Mr. Farooq comes with around 13+ years of experience in Design verification. Farooq has led multiple teams successfully in SOC/IP. Involved in multiple takeouts, from architecture understanding to stream out. Hands on experience in multiple scratch TB developments for IP. His experience into AMBA protocols, Display protocols, Blake2b, Sha2/3, UART, SPI, I2C, clocking blocks, different encryption/decryption algorithms. Experience into GLS/UPF based simulations. Experience in Product based as well service-based industry. Farooq latest contributions are in Crypto chips as well as multiple derivative micro SOC’s.

Mr. Debasish Paul comes with 17+ years of relevant industry work experience in Design for Test (DFT) and Industrial Test. His expertise primarily in DFT project planning and implementation for a wide range of SOCs (DTV, STB, MCU, Wireless and Automotive H/W). His focus is on optimizing SoC DFT Architectures to meet customer requirements in the most advanced technology nodes. Prior to joining Radiant, Debasish worked as Senior Staff Manager at Marvell in the area of Wireless 5G Accelerator with fusion baseband processors. In the past Debasish successfully delivered multiple SoC projects with multi-site resources in Texas Instruments and NXP Bangalore. Mr. Debasish received the M.S degree in Microelectronics and VLSI Design Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and B. Tech degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from Kalyani Govt. Engineering College, University of Kalyani.

Mr. Srinivas Reddy Mr. Srinivas comes with around 18+ years of experience in Embedded systems software Design and Development. He has led various size teams in Designing and implementing software of embedded devices and systems. Designing, developing, coding, testing, debugging and deploying system software. Analysing and enhancing efficiency, stability and scalability of system resources.Diversified experience in creating scalable and optimized software systems and execute a Agile/Waterfall/iterative full embedded software development lifecycle.   Experience in consulting with clients and determining their needs, addressing any issues that may arise in the development lifecycle process, designing and writing embedded software; reviewing the implemented systems; maintaining and documenting the software programs; working with team members and clients to implement diagnostic strategies, and debugging to address issues.  Mr. Srinivas has worked at various engineering positions at L & T Heavy Engineering and L & T Defense

Mr. Shaik Mohammad Ali comes with around 16+ years of experience in Architecting, Designing, Project Planning, Developing & Delivering Enterprise applications using Microsoft Technologies. Experienced in building teams and executing projects with strict deadlines. Has good knowledge over different domains - Industrial Automation, Semiconductors, MES, Hospitality, E-Commerce & IOT. Has good exposure in identifying & setting up infrastructure relevant to Software Applications. Has 8+years of experience in Hospitality systems. Worked with multiple engineering positions in Honeywell R&D India, Samsung R&D India, Sabre Travel Technologies and Free time Hospitality. Good in handling multiple teams in different verticals and has good exposure in project planning and execution. To highlight few achievements - Designed multiple data analysis and tools for simulation and scheduling for Industrial & FAB Equipment's, wafer analysis systems where FAB users can easily identify the defective wafers. Handled migration of 900+ Hotels and on-boarded to Sabre which is a biggest migration for Sabre platform without compromising the quality and timelines. Successfully set up mutli-discipline teams in Free time for handling & executing multiple projects at time with overall guidance. Done successful integration of multiple third party applications to the system using IOT tools.

Mr. Kalyana Chakravarthy (KC) Murari serves as the Senior Director for AMS SoC at Radiant Semiconductors, where he oversees RTL and circuit design through to GDSII for AoT, DoT, and MSoT designs. With a wealth of experience spanning over 18 years in VLSI, KC has held several leadership positions at prominent companies like AMD, Synopsys, and Intel. Renowned for his deep technical acumen and strong customer relationships, he has played a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation within these organizations. KC has successfully led the taping out of more than 25 chips tailored to various business needs, showcasing his expertise in PPA-CS and the application of AI/ML technologies. He holds an MTech in VLSI and a BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, further solidifying his comprehensive knowledge in semiconductor design and development.

Mrs. Madhu Neelima Radiant Semiconductors proudly features a dynamic Physical Design (PD) team led by Neelima, who offers over 17 years of invaluable experience acquired at Infosys (Hitech VLSI vertical) and Synopsys. With a track record of successfully taping out over 15 chips to meet diverse business requirements, Neelima has extensive experience collaborating with industry leaders such as Intel, AMD, and Synopsys.
